Octavia Steam Skin

This skin was done as a request by one of my friends after he saw my Princess Luna steam skin. This is the second I've done, and I found this one the most difficult to start - coordinating all the colors was fun. Anyway, as I'm still new to Steam Skins, I'd appreciate any constructive criticisms people may have.

V2: Changed the color of the account name in the upper-right corner to increase readability; Added handling for the new "Friends" Navigator Link at the top of the UI.

V3: Added handling for the "Big Picture" link; Tweaked position of the Community sub-links.

Alright, you just need to install the font. It should be in the skin folder, the one you copy-pasted into the Skins folder. Just double-click it and tell it to install.
