Princess Celestia Steam Skin

Of course I did Celestia. I mean, I've already made a skin of her sister, Luna, why would I neglect Celestia? Anyway, I rather like this skin myself because, despite the bright colors, it's rather calm. Similar to Octavia, I had a problem starting with it because of how bright the colors were, but it just slowly started coming together. I rather like how it turned out, despite not finding the brighter colors as appealing.
